Amanti received an HBA Rising Star award and Talty an HBA Luminary award.

Amanti leads legal initiatives related to data governance and consumer privacy. As a true partner to the business, she is dedicated to driving stakeholder education of the complex and evolving legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and continued privacy-minded process development across the organization. In addition to her data privacy work, Amanti regularly provides legal guidance on athenahealth’s new and evolving service offerings, directly impacting corporate strategy and growth. Amanti’s varied expertise makes her a trusted mentor in the legal department and the broader organization, where her perspective is valued and sought across the enterprise.

HBA Luminaries are leaders with more than 20 years of professional industry experience, serve as a role model in their company, actively mentor and sponsor others, and provide a shining example of transformational leadership that the organization wants to formally recognize.

Talty runs athenahealth's product optimization organization, an embedded product enablement and incubator operation that drives value and brings scale to the product organization. Additionally, she serves as the geographic leader of athenahealth’s Belfast, Maine, office, where she consistently works to build a strong culture and foster career-pathing and upward mobility for employees. Having been in various leadership positions during her tenure at athenahealth, Talty remains an ongoing sponsor and mentor to many and is passionate about supporting and promoting women in the workplace.

The HBA will celebrate the work of the Rising Stars and Luminaries, as well other prominent honorees on May 16th at the 2023 HBA Woman of the Year (WOTY) celebration.
