Chris Kondrat
Chief Customer Officer
Chris Kondrat joined athenahealth’s leadership team as the Chief Customer Officer in January 2025. In this role, he leads our customer success organization, empowering clients to achieve better healthcare outcomes, enhance revenue capture, and dedicate more time to patient care. Chris first joined athenahealth in 2016 as the Vice President of Client Development and most recently served as the Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Operations.
Prior to his tenure at athenahealth, Chris spent 15 years at KPMG, where he held the position of Managing Director of Healthcare Advisory. In this capacity, he led a delivery practice focused on performance improvement, clinical transformation and technology innovation within the healthcare vertical. Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College and his Master of Arts in Psychology from Boston College. He is an active board member and appointed clerk for a large Federally Qualified Health Center in Boston.
