Valerie This is an EXCELLENT idea. I will try this for my patients. The only issue with my patients tho, is that I work at a low-income clinic. Patients come in just to get a prescription for Tylenol, Motrin, and Benadryl because they "can't afford it". So to tell them to do OTC remedies that they have to pay for (Nasal saline spray, buying fresh herbs, etc), they freak out. Insurance will pay for the antibiotic. It won't pay for the Costco chicken soup! The system is messed up.
