REPORTS

athenahealth can deliver CSV reports to an external server with robust outbound automated report delivery tools built into athenaNet. Any report in athenaNet can be transferred externally leveraging general ledgers, ERA/EDI and accounting reports, and other automated tools.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

athenahealth provides SSO capabilities using the SAML 2.0 standard. There are two separate offerings:

-Inbound athenaNet SSO, where athenahealth is the Service Provider so that users can authenticate into athenaNet without using athenahealth credentials.
-Outbound athenaNet SSO, where athenahealth is the Identity Provider so that users can log into athenaNet and then access third-party sites without entering new credentials.
