- Create a Master Patient Index to share pertinent patient data across multiple athenaNet®-equipped practices.
- Rapidly create and manage network-wide standards for administrative tables.
- Execute payment posting and deposit batching on a cross- practice basis.
- Access universal reporting across all practices.
Create a Master Patient Index to share pertinent patient data across multiple athenaNet®-equipped practices.
- Once a patient registers with one practice in the network, the information is immediately accessible by all other practices on the network. The patient registers only once.
- When patient information is updated by one practice on the network, the information is immediately updated for all practices.
- Practices have access to timely, critical information at the time of patient registration.
Rapidly create and manage network-wide standards for administrative tables.
- Tables can be standardized and edited for and by multiple practices from one central athenaNet® screen.
- Tables defined by the network administrator as "shared tables" hold data, which can be accessed by all practices. Shared data may be edited and updated by any networked practice administrator.
- Examples of sharable tables include:dunning messages, payment methods, referring provider numbers, common insurance packages and categories, and more.
- Tables may also be marked as "subscribable" for more practice-to-practice flexibility.
Execute payment posting and deposit batching on a cross- practice basis.
- Network administrators may post payments for a patient across practices.
- From any account on the network, administrators can access all accounts for a patient, and post remittance advice against the proper account.
- If payment batches in separate practices are attached to a larger,network- level deposit batch, all batches may be closed in one step once the target deposit level is reached.
Access universal reporting across all practices.
- Each practice on the network maintains its own accounts receivable and activity, while information across all practices is available to designated network administrators.
- Network administrators can utilize this critical data for a larger picture of the enterprise performance.
