New schedule building is here!

Imagine using a schedule template builder that is as easy (and intuitive) as clicking and dropping appointment slots on a calendar grid where you can skip holidays when applying templates and establish all types of recurrence patterns.

We are excited to announce the new-and-improved user interface and scheduling functionality, released in the February version of athenaNet. It incorporates these changes:

1) Fresh template building user interface (UI). The new UI is easier to navigate and gives practices more flexibility with schedule templates. For example, it incorporates click-and-drag functionality to make it simpler to create templates.

2) New holidays page. Instead of manually removing appointment slots from holidays, the new holidays page allows you to maintain a list of dates that you can automatically skip when applying templates to the calendar.

3) Easier to create recurring schedules. Now, enjoy a more flexible approach to setting patterns of recurrence. The new functionality allows you to apply templates to the calendar using any type of recurrence, even those that do not occur on a regular daily or weekly basis.

4) Ability to modify schedules. Once you applied templates, it used to be time-consuming to correct mistakes. Now, if you make an error in applying a template, all you need to do is roll back or undo the change.
