Snow is on the ground (at least here at our headquarters in Massachusetts), the holidays are a distant memory, and our calendars don’t yet reflect the craziness that will come with another year. What does this all mean? It’s just about that time to start talking about the annual athenahealth User Conference in Boston, MA – and to start filling up that calendar of yours with User Conference 2014 dates: April 29 – May 1!
For those yet to experience our User Conference, it is the one time each year that we have the fortune to see many of our clients all in one place. Every athenista (employee) and every client is already connected in the cloud—the UC is our chance to get connected in person.
Which leads me to this year’s User Conference theme: “Get Connected.” For UC14, we’re putting an even greater focus on carving out time for attendees to talk with account managers, athenahealth leadership and fellow caregivers.
We realize there are different professional events to choose from throughout the course of any given year, so here are just a few of the reasons to attend UC14:
- Customized consulting
Get one-on-one attention from experts and account managers.
- Focus on design
Preview a more beautiful athenahealth network (athenaNet), and discover other new improvements.
- Strategies for care coordination
Explore how to forge better, smarter connections across your care network.
- More than 60 engaging sessions
Choose from a huge selection, including CME and CEU courses.
- Pre-conference classrooms
New this year, we’re offering hands-on, role- and product-specific training with athenahealth experts, just before the full hustle and bustle of the conference kicks in.
- Networking opportunities
Connect with athenahealth's most valuable resource: your fellow caregivers.
Now, April might seem far away as you stare out the window and see bare trees and folks with winter coats. But the deadline for our Early Bird registration fee is just around the corner: February 4th! So now’s the time to register—in addition to a lower rate, Early Bird registrants will also get priority access to classes, includes those offering CME and CEU credits. See more details and register now for UC14.
And for those of you who are new to athenahealth and the User Conference experience, I leave you with this short recap of UC13 to help paint the picture of how dynamic, educational and fun our User Conference really is. Check it out, y’all. And we’ll see you in Boston!
